For the launch of the STARZPLAY platform in LATAM in 2019 (including the key markets of Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia), Movi Communications was responsible for creating and implementing a communications strategy not only to launch the platform but also to maximize the recognition of the brand that was unknown in the territory at the moment.
Movi Communications coordinated a junket in Mexico City for the launch of the platform, including the attendance of 30 Mexican media outlets and 25 journalists from 10 different LATAM countries. Since then our team has been the agency of record in charge of distributing weekly press material to ensure publications in key media about the launch of series and corporate news of the platform, helping in the growth of the platform’s subscribers as well as positioning the brand both among media outlets and the public in general.
